Current project:

                                                      Untitled, woven blanket, 2013

 - This work is looking at the simple make up of an item constructed for a purpose and to to appear aesthetically appealing.
- I am simply pulling it apart to explore the colour and material make up of the item and to change the appearanc eof the item..give it another purpose/ take away its purpose all together.
 - I am still contemplating how to present these works...
1) like in the photo
2) fully pull it apart and have just the piles
3) have the remnants of the matt hanging up - taking on another form..
4) constructing a pattern of my own using the material I have removed from the item.
